  • We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders within India.
  • For international orders, shipping charges are determined based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.
  • SShilpa Samriya products are crafted with care and made to order. Depending on the design and style of the garment, production and dispatch may take between 15 to 30 days. We encourage you to review the Shipping Timeline provided on each garment's information page before placing your order.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Within India, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • For international orders, delivery times range from 8 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, political disruptions, or strikes. Rest assured, we will keep you informed at every stage of the delivery process.

Duties and Taxes:

  • All orders from SShilpa Samriya are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat, India, to your specified shipping address.
  • Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional import duties and taxes imposed by customs authorities upon arrival in your country.
  • While the majority of orders may not incur additional fees, we cannot predict when or how much these customs duties will be levied.
  • If additional customs charges are imposed, it is the recipient's responsibility to settle these fees. SShilpa Samriya will not be held liable for orders not delivered due to the recipient's refusal to accept or settle the required taxes and duties. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
