Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

At SShilpa Samriya, we strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

If a product you ordered from sshilpasamriya.com arrives damaged, defective, or differs from your order in terms of size or style, you are eligible for a return at no additional cost. Please ensure the product remains unused and in its original condition with the original invoice, packaging, and price tags intact. In case of a damaged product, returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Kindly inform us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us at info@sshilpasamriya.com

Please note, refunds are applicable only for merchandise sold at the maximum retail price, without any discount. Products purchased at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be issued regardless of any discounts in the following cases:

• If the order is canceled before dispatch due to unavailability.
• If the product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.

Refunds for eligible returns are credited back to your original payment account within 7 working days. Account details may be required for processing the refund.

An online credit coupon, valid for 6 months on a single purchase, may be provided as an alternative to merchandise return or exchange. This coupon can be redeemed at checkout for a discount. Please note that the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any excess amount beyond the coupon value is to be borne by the customer.

International Returns

We regret to inform you that merchandise exchanges are not available for orders shipped internationally. However, if you receive any merchandise in unsatisfactory condition, damaged, or different from your expectations, please contact us at info@sshilpasamriya.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must return the product within 7 days of receiving it.

Refunds for international orders exclude duties, taxes, and tariffs paid by customers. Please refer to our sizing guide for assistance in selecting the appropriate size, as the fit of our clothing may vary based on cut, fabric, and style.

Product Properties and Care Instructions

All products from SShilpa Samriya are meticulously handcrafted using the finest natural fibers, incorporating traditional crafts-based techniques such as hand spinning, dying, weaving, woodblock printing, and embroidery. Subtle variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to handmade products. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes, prioritizing environmental sustainability while ensuring optimal color properties.

Please note that irregularities in weave or print are not defects; handloom production inherently involves variations in uniformity.

Color Accuracy

While we make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately on our website, please be aware that the colors you see may vary depending on your monitor settings and device screen properties. For garments susceptible to color bleeding, such as reds and blues, we recommend washing like colors together and drying inside out in the shade. Silk garments must be dry-cleaned exclusively.
